Grund der Abwesenheit eingeben

Every time some teacher is absent you can specify why he/she is absent. This is called the “reason of absence.” The program can create a monthly summary of who was absent, how many times and what his/her reasons were.

Then, when you define the absent teacher, you can select the reason of absence:
